An interactive experience with musicians Lisa Elders and Charlsey Etheridge – No musical experience required
 

Join musicians and creative professionals Lisa Elders and Charlsey Etheridge for an informative and entertaining workshop that demonstrates how individuals can incorporate the power of music to benefit their health. Research shows that music can reduce stress,
anxiety, pain and help improve immune functioning, memory and mental health. Studies on sound and healing will be presented during this
workshop, and attendees will participate in interactive musical experiences that they can implement into their own personal wellness routines (no musical talent is required).

The cost for the workshop is $35.
