Celebración
Call for Entries
The Creative Arts Guild of Dalton, Georgia is accepting entries for the exhibit “Celebración.” The exhibit will run May 2- June 20, 2008. An opening reception will be held on Friday, May 2, 5:30-7:00 pm. This exhibit is a chance for artists to celebrate Hispanic/Latino heritage and its influence upon the art world and our community.
Artists, professional and amateur, young and old, are invited to submit their original artwork. All artists are invited to submit their original paintings, sculpture, drawings, photography, fiber and fine art prints (intaglio, aquatint, dry point, litho). All two dimensional works must be properly equipped for hanging and all three dimensional works should have all hardware needed for support. There is no entry fee for this exhibit and there are also no limits on entries. Artwork that has been previously exhibited at the Creative Arts Guild will not be accepted into the exhibit
The exhibit is juried by a committee, composed of area artists and a select group of the Creative Arts Guild Board of Directors and Staff.
All artwork can be submitted digitally or on traditional slides with a SASE to: meganr@creativeartsguild.org or

Artist will be notified via email or postal service, if artwork is accepted.
