| Creative Arts Guild to Hold Dual Opening Friday May 2nd There will be two exhibits opening at the Creative Arts Guild for May’s First Friday. The Main Gallery will be exhibiting the work celebrating Hispanic Heritage and subject matter. “We would like to use this exhibit to help foster an understanding of the heritage and depict scenes of Hispanic culture” said Megan Roddenberry, the Guild’s Arts Director. “We are very lucky to have both local and regional artists as part of this exhibit” she added. We will be accepting art appropriate for this exhibit until Tuesday afternoon. Artists interested should call Megan Roddenberry at the Guild. The Gallery 111 opening will feature the works of a local artist, Ms. Nicole White. Nicole will be exhibiting both 2 and 3D work. Nicole is also one of the Guild’s exceptional art instructors. Receptions begin at 5:30. Appetizers and beverages are served alongside great art and conversation. First Fridays are free and open to the public. Call 706-278-0168 for additional information.
